Swedish Therapeutic Massage
is what is traditionally thought of as an overall relaxing massage using light to medium pressure, long smooth strokes and kneading to stimulate circulation, ease sore muscles and encourage overall healing. Often this style is used to flush toxins out of the body.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. It is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. 
Sports massage is for athletes and/or those recovering from an injury or suffering from chronic pain. To address the concerns of each body, I use a variety of techniques including: postural analysis, trigger point therapy, fascial work, and stretching.  Also suitable for the weekend warrior!

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy creates suction and negative pressure.  It is used to release rigid soft tissue, drain excess fluids and toxins, loosen adhesions, lift connective tissue and bring blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles.  Great treatment for cellulite, deep tissue release, trigger points and lymphatic drainage.

Kinesio Taping Method
Kinesio Tex Tape is made of 100% cotton and has elastic properties which allows the tape to work with the soft tissue of the body versus restricting it.  It is breathable and waterproof (can be worn during exercise, swimming, showering).  Kinesio Tape can be worn up to 5 days.

Raindrop Therapy
Raindrop Therapy is the use of seven specific therapeutic-grade essential oils to release toxins, lessen muscle spasm, enhance well-being, and encourage emotional clearing. Essential oils are the life force of the plant containing vitamins, minerals, enzymes and hormones. Since the oils work as the defense mechanism in the plants, they produce the same effect in the human body. The oils are rain dropped along the spine and back and massaged into the tissues. This allows the system to naturally regain balance and regenerate health.

All appointments require at least 24 hour cancellation notice. You will be responsible for paying for any missed "no Show" appointments or any appointment cancellation of less than 24 hours.  Please be respectful and be on time for your scheduled appointment so I can be available & on time for all other clients.
