Swedish Massage

Swedish is characterized by long smooth strokes towards the heart to assist the body with circulation. This technique has many health benefits and is your best bet for deep relaxation.

Couple's Massage

Enjoy the experience together! Perfect for a honeymoon or romantic getaway. Couples massage is in the same room with 2 therapists and each person can customize their own massage.

60/90 Swedish $170/$240

60/90 Deep Tissue $190/$270

Table Thai

Incorporates acupressure points along meridian lines, mobilizes joints through range of motion, pin and stretch techniques, and longer compressions. Sometimes called 'lazy-man's yoga' Thai massage helps to stretch out the body and encourage energetic balance.

Sports Massage

Focuses on the needs of the athlete. Releases muscle tension and restores balance.

Bamboo Massage

The technique uses warm bamboo sticks for deep tissue work. The bamboo tool allows the massage therapist to use more strength and stamina for deeper pressure. The smooth sticks allowed for more penetrating maneuvers.

Cranio sacral

Craniosacral Thearpy is the gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system can be normalized. This removes “blockages” from the normal flow, which enhances the body’s ability to heal.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up. Lymphatic drainage massages can benefit people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia, and other conditions.

Acupuncture & Cupping

Golden Acupuncture operates out of Door County Massage at the Egg Harbor location. Acupuncture is a form of traditional Chinese medicine proven to have numerous health benefits. Contact Mackenzie directly for more info.

Deep Tissue

Recommended for those seeking deeper work on specific muscle tensions. This massage technique uses slower more firm pressure to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.

Deep tissue massage utilizing the steady pressure of bodyweight over the feet. This technique is wonderful for deep tissue work with long & deeply help compressions.

Hot Stone

A delightful warm treatment using heated stones to rub away tension. The heat of the stone penetrates into the deeper layers for a therapeutic effect.

Therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mother's needs. We provide a prenatal cushion so mama-to-be can lie on her stomach within the supported structure. Nothing but rave reviews even for full-term.

Lomi Lomi

Lomi lomi is best known for long, flowing, dance-like strokes, often using the forearms and generous amounts of oil.  Gentle stretches and joint rotations are common in this massage, as is the massage therapist massaging two parts of your body at same time. Native to Hawaii

Japanese healing method with emphasis on pressure points and release of trigger point tension.

Acupressure and massage to specific points in the hands and feet to promote energetic balance throughout the body.

Myofascial Release

What people are saying...

Actually, the best Massage that I've ever had. My wife and I were in Sturgeon Bay celebrating our wedding anniversary, so we thought we'd spoil ourselves with 90 minute massages. My wife said that hers was very good, but I can honestly say than Jan did an outstanding job. I think she knows what she's doing, and I think that she puts in a lot of effort. We will be back for a return visit for next years anniversary trip!Wonderful people, nice facility, and very reasonably priced.

Jan is phenomenal and highly recommended! She worked on me through my pregnancy and was very attentive to my needs. She was intuitive of what was going on with my body and was knowledgeable with safe and comfortable positioning. The facility is clean, quiet and cozy. A true gem in Door County!

Okay - this may look like a “hole in the wall”, but I’m telling you that you will NOT be disappointed. Go here! Like, seriously. I’ve gotten many massages, but nothing compares to the massage I received here. Both my husband and I agree - THE best. Shame we were just visiting town, because we’d be regulars. !!!

Grandma's Hands:

- "Say grandmother, how to relieve pain? "

- "With our hands, darling. "

- "With granny's hands?" "

- " Yes. Our hands are the antennas of our soul. When you set them in motion by braiding, cooking, painting, playing or burying them in the earth, you send healing energy to the deepest part of you. Your soul lights up because you then realize its importance. Thus, the signs of pain are no longer necessary. "

- "Are the hands really that important?"

- "Yes, my daughter. Observe babies: they explore the world through touch through their little hands. See the hands of the ancients, they will tell you more about their lives than any other part of their body.

It is said that: "Everything that is done with the hand, is done with heart. "

Hands and heart are connected. Masseurs know this well: when they touch someone else's body with their hands, they create a deep connection. It is precisely from this connection that healing occurs. "

- "My granny hands ... how long have I not used them like that!" "

- "Put them in motion, my love, start to create with them and everything in you will get in motion. Realize what you want to produce with this pain, that it will reveal your ability to make it your most beautiful masterpiece. The pain will disappear, because you will have been able to transform its essence. "
